New from M Square Interactive

Introducing Local Send and National Send.

Two campaigns built on one simple idea: the best time to reach a customer is while they're making up their mind. We find the people shopping for what you sell right now, and we keep your business in front of them until they choose.

Why we built it

Timing beats volume.

After years of running campaigns for clients, we kept seeing the same thing: businesses were paying to reach huge audiences, and only a sliver of those people were anywhere close to buying. Local Send and National Send flip that. We start with the sliver.

The usual approach

Pick an age range, a few interests and a location, then show ads to everyone who fits. You pay for thousands of people who won't need you for months, if ever.

The Send approach

Begin with people whose online searches over the last few days show they're actively looking for your category. Then filter that group down to the exact customer you want.

Two ways to run it

Pick the map. The engine is the same.

Local

Local Send

For businesses whose customers live nearby.

Who sees you
Shoppers within the neighborhoods, ZIP codes or drive-time radius you serve.
A strong fit for
Dental and medical offices, med spas, restaurants, law practices, real estate teams, dealerships and home-service companies.
Why it matters
When someone nearby is weighing their options, you're the local name that keeps appearing.
National

National Send

For brands that sell beyond one city.

Who sees you
Shoppers across the country, or only in the states and metro areas you pick.
A strong fit for
Online stores, resorts and travel brands, colleges and private schools, companies hiring at scale, and firms with offices in several markets.
Why it matters
You reach a nationwide audience without paying for the millions of people who aren't looking.

Both run for seven days and include every channel, every report and every lead.

Inside the week

What happens once you launch.

Buying decisions rarely happen in one sitting. A campaign covers the whole stretch of days when your customer is comparing, reading reviews and narrowing the list.

  1. Day 1

Your first email goes out to the full audience of recent searchers.

  2. Day 3

A second email follows, giving anyone who hesitated another reason to reach out.

  3. All week

Your ads appear inside articles on websites related to your industry.

  4. All week

The same audience sees you in their Facebook, Instagram and X feeds.

  5. All week

When someone asks for information, you're notified right away so you can follow up fast.

The approach

Find them. Stay with them. Hand them to you.

  1. Find them

We identify people whose recent searches line up with your products or services, then trim the list by location and by the customer traits that matter to you.

  2. Stay with them

Instead of one message they might miss, your business shows up in their inbox, on the sites they read and in their social feeds for a full week.

  3. Hand them to you

Everyone who reaches out comes straight to you, and everyone who showed interest is packaged into a list you can keep marketing to.

Sharpening the audience

Describe your best customer. We'll find more of them.

Good questions

Before you launch.

How do you find people who are actively shopping?

We work from recent search behavior tied to your industry. If someone has been looking for what you offer over the past week, they're a candidate for your audience. From there, we narrow the group using the location and customer filters you choose.

Should I choose Local Send or National Send?

If most of your customers come from a drive of 30 minutes or less, start with Local Send. If you ship, travel, recruit or operate in several markets, National Send is the better fit. We'll recommend one when we review your business.

What's the difference between a hot lead and a warm lead?

A hot lead actively asked to hear from you, so you should call them quickly. A warm lead engaged with your email but didn't reach out yet. They're people worth adding to your own follow-up.

Who creates the emails and ads?

Our team can design everything from your logo, photos and offer, or we can run creative you already have. Nothing goes out until you've approved it.

How will I know if it worked?

You'll get a full report and both lead lists at the end of the week. If you share your sales records, we'll match them against the campaign so you can see which customers it produced.

How is it priced?

Each campaign is quoted at a fixed price based on how many people you want to reach, your industry and your geography. Reach out and we'll put a plan together.

Your customers are shopping this week. Be there.

Tell us what you sell and who buys it. We'll show you how many active shoppers are out there and what a campaign would cost.
